This past weekend marked an incredibly BIG milestone for the Resonance Games team.

For nearly three years, our team has been slowly chipping away at our Vertical Slice demo- a small but important representation of 'Rhythm in You' and the jumping pad towards larger things.

It wasn't always easy.

Most of us worked full time industry jobs, or had other commitments. Some people went away, and others joined us.

Together we worked through 6 Milestones - each with its own defined goals- and largely, we succeeded! Of course not every gameplay system or piece of art went into it. We still have a lot that we want to do with the final game including an inventory system, dialogue option and roaming enemies- but one step at a time as they say!

One thing we knew was important was keeping to our defined schedule as best we could. Sure, some milestones went a little longer than we planned- but overall we managed to remain focused and able to produce the demo that you see today!

But that's not all! You may have noticed the title: "Content Complete". Well let's just say that the 0.9 build wasn't the last content that we managed to sneak in before the new year kicked off in full. You may notice some new characters and refined environments in the cover art - and we're here to announce that the 0.10 build - out later this month if all goes well- will include new characters, better visuals and a first coat of polish.

While we're now in content lock mode for our demo - we still plan on polishing things as we enter January/February, and begin to court investment in the project - so stay tuned for that!

We can't wait to share more, so thank you for coming with us on this journey. We promise you won't regret it~
