After a few months in the oven, the 0.11 build is fully baked and ready to serve!

Today Resonance Games is excited to share the newest build with you all. As we mentioned in our last post, there's a plethora of new updates, bug fixes and quality of life changes that make this the truly definitive Vertical Slice demo build released to date!

New features include pause menus, audio settings, art updates, combat feedback and optimizations, exploration updates and more. As we continue to look for funding that will allow us to enter full production, we want to make sure we continue to churn along updates like these to show our community we're in it for the long haul.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to the Resonance team - many of whom are full-time employed and continue to generously donate their time and energy to the project, even after all these years. And a thank you to you, the community, who have either joined us recently or been around since the Alpha Prototype back in 2020! We appreciate each and every one of you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your patience and excitement as we continue to make Resonance: Rhythm in You sing~

Moving forward into June and beyond, we plan on approaching our next steps to a "Vertical Slice +". What's that mean? Well, we actually pushed many features from our Vertical Slice that we want for the full game. These include things like an inventory system, skill system, shops, a mission system and more! These were things we had to remove from our current iteration of the game due to time constraints and priorities - but now we're in a position where we can begin to introduce them to you in future builds- so stay tuned!
